E-mail Setup
Every DSL Northwest customer receives multiple e-mail addresses at the domain dslnorthwest.net. The specific number of addresses depends on the DSL package you've signed up for. If you'd like additional e-mail addresses, no problem — just contact us.

To configure your e-mail, you'll need the following settings:
Type of e-mail server: POP3
Incoming (POP) mail server: incoming.dslnorthwest.net
Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: outgoing.dslnorthwest.net
(Outgoing SMTP authentication must be enabled.)
E-mail address: yourname@dslnorthwest.net
(Example: johndoe@dslnorthwest.net)
Account Name or ID: Your full e-mail address
(Example: johndoe@dslnorthwest.net)
Password: Forgotten your password? Contact us.
Other e-mail account features:
You can set up mail forwarding, create a vacation message, or change your password by logging in to your E-mail Account Manager. At the login prompt, enter your DSL Northwest username and password.
You can check your email via a web browser by using our WebMail Interface. At the login prompt, enter your DSL Northwest username and password.
