Spam Filter Setup : Entourage
These instructions show how to create a Microsoft Entourage rule that will automatically move any incoming messages that have "[SPAM]" in the subject line into a separate folder called "Spam". From there, you can review these messages separately from your "good" messages, verify that they are indeed spam, and delete them.

Instructions for Microsoft Entourage v.X for Mac OS X:
1 The first step in filtering email messages will be to create a local folder on your computer.
From your menu bar, choose File > New > Folder.
2 Type "Spam" as the name for the folder.

3 Now you'll define the rule for categorizing spam.
From your menu bar, choose Tools > Rules.

4 Type "Filter Spam" for the name of the rule.
5 Select "Subject" from the first popup menu and "Contains" in the adjacent popup menu.
6 Type "[SPAM]" in the text field.
7 Select "Change status" from the next popup menu and select "Junk mail" in the adjacent popup menu.
8 Select "Move message" from the next popup menu.
9 Select "Select..." from the next popup menu, choose the "Spam" folder, and click OK.

10 Click OK to leave the "Edit Rule" window.
11 Now you can see the completed spam filter rule you've created. Close the window to finish.
